The mission of our office is to provide the highest level of orthodontic care for you and your family in a fun, positive, and warm environment. We enjoy seeing children, adolescents, and adults. Treatment will be personalized to your unique physical characteristics and not in a “recipe” or “cookie cutter” style. Together we will develop a treatment plan that will provide you the best possible facial aesthetics and smile. During treatment parents will have access to Dr. Miller to answer any questions you may have and get regular treatment updates as needed. At the end of treatment you will not only have straight teeth and a beautiful smile, but you will also have a healthier mouth and a greater sense of self confidence.

Your Initial Visit

At your first visit you will sit down with Dr. Miller and discuss why you want orthodontic treatment and what you hope to achieve. There is no charge for this consultation appointment. Next, a thorough oral and dental exam will be conducted by Dr. Miller. Together you will discuss your orthodontic needs and desires and formulate a treatment plan. You will be given an estimated treatment time and cost of treatment.

Once treatment has been accepted the next step is to take diagnostic records to finalize the treatment plan. Records consist of x-rays, pictures, and impressions of your mouth. At our office Dr. Miller studies the records and takes the appropriate measurements to make sure that the appropriate treatment is given. Any additional findings will be discussed with you and all questions answered before treatment is started.

Office Hours and Appointments

The office is open Monday through Thursday. We have evening and morning appointments available. Keeping each and every appointment is critical in completing treatment in a timely and efficient manner. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to fill that reserved time with other patients.

Emergency coverage is provided on days that we do not see patients. Just speak with the office to get the emergency contact number, call that number, and leave a message. Your call will then be promptly returned and necessary arrangements will be made.

Financial Arrangements and Insurance

Our fees are based on treatment difficulty and length of treatment. We offer a variety of payment options. We accept cash, check, and credit card. We can also set up automatic credit card debits for your convenience. We try very hard to set up flexible payment plans to fit your budget. We also offer a full-fee-payment discount.

We gladly work with all major insurance companies to help you obtain your maximum benefit, and as a courtesy we will file your paperwork for you.

Treatment Options

Dr. Miller is committed to using the latest and most high-tech orthodontic materials and techniques while remaining grounded in solid orthodontic philosophy. We are a Certified Invisalign Provider (a series of transparent trays that move teeth without braces). We provide ceramic brackets (tooth colored) for those who want less noticeable braces. We also use self-ligating braces that reduce the average amount of time in treatment. Also offered for certain types of correction are lingual braces. These are braces that are put on the tongue-side of the teeth so they cannot be seen while in treatment.
